Little Red Hen Book Study πŸ“πŸ“š

Hi mamas,

During the month of April, K-2nd graders enjoyed reading and studying The Little Red Hen! Students learned all about the important morals in this book, on how to be kind and helpful to others.

Watch our Pre-K-Kinder friends participate in a story retell, πŸ“šβœοΈ work on fine motor skills by cutting βœ‚οΈ and gluing their way through the story, and practice sequencing and word families!

I loved listening to all their takeaways on the moral of the story, how to be a good friend, and helping others!

And in the words of Olanna, β€œTeamwork makes the dream work!”

They also baked delicious bread of their own just like the main character in our book. 🍞

It was a great week for our students to participate in this memorable lesson loaded with lots of fun multi-sensory learning!
