National Pi Day

I had so much fun in our Little Red Schoolhouse celebrating National PI Day with my 1st and 2nd grade writing students & my own kiddos. The students learned that PI, 3.14, is used by mathematicians to find the circumference and area of a circle. Also after our writing, we ate apple pie!
