Students had lots of fun celebrating Chinese New Year (year of the rat π)! We read Chinese New Year books & wrote all about Chinese customs. Students worked on fine motor skills using chopsticks and making Chinese lanterns. We also celebrated with long noodles for long life, oranges for a sweet life, and fortune cookies and βhong baosβ for a lucky year! π₯‘π₯’π§§β β
