Students loved reading the wonderful Caldecott medal winning nonfiction children’s book ‘Snowflake Bentley’ about the amazing Wilson Bentley who dedicated his life photographing and studying snowflakes! After our reading, the students crafted snowflake poems using their own creative adjectives and verbs to describe their snowflakes, and got to create snowflakes of their own. ❤️📚📝❄️
